You will receive a response by email within three workdays. If you urgently need an answer from UDI, please call us instead of using a contact form. Feel free to check if you can find the answer to your question under our Frequently Asked Questions.

Ask our chatbot or chat with a case worker

You will first meet our chatbot, which is open 24 hours a day. If our chatbot cannot help you, you can ask to chat with a case worker Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

You can send us an email by completing a contact form. It is not possible to use the contact form to send an email to UDI between 10:00 and 14:30 (CET) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The contact form is currently closed.
