Reduced opening hours for UDI's switchboard from Monday 3 November
From Monday 3 November, UDI's switchboard will have the same opening hours as the UDI Information Service. This means that the switchboard will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 14:30. The switchboard will be closed on Wednesdays.
The reduced opening hours are part of a pilot project based on changes in user needs and to ensure the most efficent use of resources.
